At Faith Covenant, the centrality of the Word of God is one of our Healthy Missional Markers, as well as one of our Core Values. All our values come from what we discern from the Word of God.
Current Sunday Adult Discipleship Study: Luke
This class will begin on September 7
Luke is an orderly collection of Jesus' teachings and deeds from His birth to His resurrection as stated in Luke 1: 1-4. Acts, written by Luke, is the sequel and is an orderly account of the "adventures" of the Apostles. Both Luke and Acts are almost like a novel, going from once scene to another in what may be a chronological order.
Join us for 24 weeks of a verse-by-verse study of Luke. We will see Jesus' birth, childhood, preparation for ministry, and His Galilean ministry. We will also see Jesus' travel to, and arrival in, Jerusalem, His death, and resurrection. We will finish with Acts 1, which further describes Jesus' resurrection and ascension.

Men's Ministry
Saturday mornings at 9 a.m. (September-May) in the Welcome Center
You are invited to join the IronMen as they start their Fall Study of the book Vanishing Grace, by Philip Yancey.
You can find copies of the book and a sign-up sheet in the Welcome Center under the TV monitor. The cost of the book is $13 (payable to Dave Tomashewski).
The first session is Saturday, September 13 (9-10.30a).

About the Men's Ministry Group:
The Men's Ministry at Faith Covenant is dedicated to helping men chase after God in faith, action, and mind. They often lead improvement projects around the church, as well as undertake the immense job of putting the Christmas lights on our Community Christmas Tree and church building and helping older church members with difficult home projects.

Women's Bible Study on Monday evenings

the Women's Ministry at FaithCov will be starting their Fall study of Every Thought Captive by Kyle Idleman (via RightNow Media) on Monday September 16 at 7.00p. Study Guides will be available on September 1, and cost $16.
